Open as usual

The club is open as usual today 1st February 2019.

Claire’s class starts in 30 minutes.
Healthy Hearts will be on at 11am.
Spin at 12.45pm.

We expect Yoga to be on tonight but will update if that changes if we have more snow.

The Thame kids are off school – send them down to Racquets for a Junior CV workout or a game of squash or racketball.
