At Racquets we offer classes specifically for seniors. Our popular Healthy Hearts circuit class is a fun and sociable way to exercise with a tea and coffee and a chat after! It runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11am-11:45am A class where it is essential to chat and workout to get back that mobility
The Junior Academy of squash is back and so many of the juniors have returned already. If your child would like to join in it’s just £20 per month and they can join in with upto 3 junior coaching sessions every single week included. It was great to see some of our juniors booking courts
