‘Stretch and Roll’
Stretch and Roll classes will now be taking place here at Racquets Fitness Centre beginning 13th January, every Tuesday 7:30-8:15pm for 6 Weeks!
Stretch and Roll is a satisfying, highly beneficial 45 minute full body workout focusing on balance, flexibility and relieving stress from your muscles.
Sessions are £5.
