A Resolution to back pain.
I have been a Racquets member for about 15 years, mostly using the free weights and machines in both areas of the gym. Recently I developed some back issues that were very painful and as a result, I stopped going to the gym for about 3 or 4 months, and eventually called to cancel my membership, as I could not see a way forward.
As soon as he was aware of my problem, Martin asked me if I would like to come in and go through some exercises that might help. We did meet up, and Martin spent over an hour with me, going through a routine that spent a lot of time warming up all my limbs and joints, and then went through some specific exercises with me. I spent about a month exercising in this way and it has helped me improve to the point that I am now working out in the gym again, though taking it slowly and continuing with this exercise approach. I definitely feel better, and am grateful to Martin and Racquets for taking the time to help me through this.
