Our new short term membership is for all those looking to find their passion. What makes you want to work out. Do you need lots of direction then personal training might be for you. Do you need lots of motivation then small group PT or classes might be for you. Have you tried picking up a squash or racketball racket ? Or have you tried punching things ?
