Monday 1st June 6.30pm indoor cycling class will be unsupervised

We have no instructor for the 6.30pm spin on Monday 1^st June.

If you would like to spin at this time there is a spin programme available from reception which you and anyone else could follow.

If you would like to do a spin class at any time when a class is not on please do ask reception for a spin programme.
