Thank you for your welcome email.  I am enjoying the Healthy Heart sessions very much and am sure that I am already a little better at finishing each round!  I am very impressed by the friendliness within the Club, the instructors and the members.  It has a super atmosphere, especially for people like me who have never been to a gym ever before.

I plan to enjoy my sessions on a regular basis.
