    New circuit class for our older generation.

    Healthy heart circuit class

    Mondays and NOW Fridays 11am

    Watched over and mentored by our qualified gym instructors and all to music to help motivate you through the session.

    All exercises are low impact and your gym instructor will guide you to your level.

    Circuit includes body weight exercises like push ups against the wall, low step ups, knee raises and weights exercises like shoulder press, biceps curl, bent over row and some fun exercises thrown in too.

    Come along and do what you can and see how your strength and mobility improves over the weeks.
