Starting on 23th January 2020 we have added a new Pilates class on Thursdays 10am to 11am. The class will be taken by Carrie Messmore who is trained in classical Pilates with contemporary elements. The class will focus on lateral breathing, core and pelvic floor engagement and mindfulness. The class is included in our studio
