Racquets Fitness Gym – Teenagers
Does your teenager want to use the gym ?
Do you want them to be safe ?
Why not encourage them to join Racquets Fitness Centre.
We’ll put them through a training program with our gym instructors to ensure that they have a healthy respect for heavy lifting and teach them the correct form for the exercises.
Whatever gender, age, sporting ability, working out in the gym is good for the body and the mind.
Racquets Fitness Centre cares about our members. We are keen to get them fit and keep them fit avoiding injury – correct form, with the right weights and the right reps at the right stage.
£31 monthly 9am to 5pm every day or £39 monthly anytime with no joining fee through July.
Includes :

- 9 x 15 minute instruction sessions with a gym instructor to cover our teenage training plan
- Full use of the gyms (age 14 and above)
- All classes (age 16 and above)
- Full use of the courts
