  • Half term for the kids

    This February half term we are aiming at getting the kids of Thame and surrounding villages fitter!

    10-12am every weekday morning we have Squash Drop-In with Ben and Nick.

    1 or 2 hours of squash coaching, playing and training.  Come down for 1 or 2 hours.

    12noon – Half an hour of body weight circuits for the 11 – 17 year olds. 

    The gym instructors will put you through your paces using exercises which will strengthen your whole body and increase your stamina.

    12.45pm – Join in spin for 11-80 year olds

    Every weekday lunchtime we have a half hour spin class.  During half term week 11-17 year olds are welcome to join the adults for this stamina building half hour.

    We would appreciate pre-booking for all of these sessions.
