Classes on Sunday 23rd October 2016
Unfortunately there will be no Yoga this Sunday 23rd. However we will be hosting two different Spin variation classes.
10:00-10:30 Spin & Squat
We have been running Spin & Squat on Sunday Morning for the past few months and has proved to be popular recently, this is a full leg workout, incorporating spinning with weight exercises such as squats and lunges! If you want a challenge come along!
10:30-11:15 Spin & Stretch
Instead of Yoga this week we will be hosting a Spin & Stretch class. stretching is proven to be more beneficial in between exercises that keep your body warm, Spin & Stretch incorporates full body stretching with spinning exercises, a more relaxing spin.
