Live streaming and Interactive Zoom Classes All our members are invited to join in our full weekly timetable of live streaming Facebook classes, our interactive Zoom classes, and our small Group PT via Zoom. The Zoom sessions are very friendly and sociable with lots of catching up before and after the recording is turned on.
