Pilates replaces Yoga for 1 week Friday 6th November
For one week only Katie Kennedy will be teaching Pilates in the normal Yoga spot on Friday 6th November at 6pm.
Pilates is a holistic style of body conditioning which offers all-round strengthening and stretching to target the core postural muscles. Classes are suitable for those of any age who are in good physical health.
Benefits of Pilates include increased mobility, greater flexibility and better posture.
Katie trained with the Pilates Foundation and is trained to teach both classical and evolved/contemporary Pilates.
Everyone who attends classes, goes to the gym or plays squash, racketball or table tennis at Racquets should give Pilates a try as it helps with every aspect of sport and life.
