Healthy Hearts
Come and join our seniors for a Healthy Hearts class. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11am. Some light, gentle exercise to keep you healthy and fit. £5 per class with tea/coffee and a biscuit served afterwards. A fantastic opportunity to meet new people and get back to more mobility.
Great for those who’ve been advised to start exercise again after a long break or incapacity. All exercises are adapted to each person’s needs. Some may do leg raises from a chair while others may be standing. Our ladies and gents progress quickly and can enjoy friendly banter throughout the class.
Suitable for anyone needing light mobility exercise or maybe just a new social activity through the week.
