There are TWO ways to do the programme:
1. DROPiT21 GO
This is the 21 Day DROPiT21 programme via daily emails. The moment you sign up you will receive two emails with all the set up information – The Full Manual, FAQs, Recipe Booklet and the first week menu planner to help you get prepared. The following day you will receive the DAY 1 email so you can start the programme immediately. Don’t worry you can access mentoring/advice via return emails.
2. DROPiT21
This is the DROPiT21 Programme run via a secret Facebook Group at set dates throughout the year (the next one is starting on Monday 25th January). All the information is available on this Group and this is where the programme is delivered. The benefit being interaction and motivation not only with your DROPiT21 mentor team, but also others who are participating in the programme too.
