Spin & Squat – A Spinning Class & Intense Leg Workout Rolled in to One
If you’ve made it your new year’s resolution to get fitter or stronger and haven’t yet tried Spin & Squat, then you are missing out!
Spin & Squat is a Spinning class with a twist. Split in to sections on the bike and sections on the floor space, performing squat based exercises with or without weights, making it an intense all round leg workout!
The 30 minute class is a fantastic combination of both cardiovascular and strength based fitness, making it perfect as an all rounder. It’s also a great introduction to strength training for beginners, being short, intense and easy to pick up with just a few learning points before getting started. You can do it with or without weights, so you can make it as challenging as you like, and our instructor Ellis will help point you in the right direction for your own needs.
Spin & Squat is held on Thursdays at 9:30am and Sundays at 9:50am with Ellis.
